red marine calcium actually acts as BONE FOOD!
1 of 1 found this helpful My nutritionist suggest this. She takes it herself. It is important fact to know that BONE FOOD goes just where the body needs it. Calcium on the other hand can build up other places in the body where it is not only not needed but can actually cause problems.
