Delighted
I was a tad sceptical that this product would be of acceptable quality and suspect accuracy, but, on both counts i was wrong . It works extremely well which is very satisfying , it appears accurate and it looks professional. One made up customer ✓.

Hits the spot!
Design (flip) and simplicity (designated numbers button) make this phone perfect for me. I don't need or want the myriad of app icons covering the screen, for me it's all about access to my friends and family coupled with the reassurance of the panic button.

Works well
The remote does what it is supposed to do, however it will not take rough handling. It is used a lot throughout the day without any problems , unfortunately on one occasion the TV and PVR buttons got stuck beneath the plastic body (easily put right) but concerning at the time.
