Genuine quality remote

That's not to say that I expected it to be inferior - the seller made it very clear that it was a quality item, but when paying considerably less than the usual price, it's easy to assume that you aren't going to get the quality you would get by paying top price. Not so - the handset is new condition. All buttons are very responsive - the slightest touch and they are active. The range is excellent (I've bought other handsets where I quite literally have to stand next to the Sky box or TV to get them to work.) and it was supplied with batteries. Comprehensive information and instructions were included. Would I buy this item again? .. Most definitely, and I would recommend it to others!
