this should not be considered for a duty or combat holster
I have 36 years of LE. This should not be considered as a duty holster. There is not enough security for weapon retention. It is lightning fast and easy to re-holster without fumbling. it is adjustable to individual wearers. As a combat / duty holster I would not have my flashlight nor my extra magazine on my strong side. If it is merely a standby item, I could live with that. The mounting behind the holster is bothersome as it is too close to the handle of the firearm and may interfere. If it had a thumb break with the trigger lock it would be substantially better for retention. As a non duty holster it probably would be ok in a walking situation. Prone or in a car, riding a bike, would be a different story.
