Generic poor quality door gaskets
Had major problems trying to fit the door gaskets. After installation the door would not close. I know all about new gaskets having to compress but this was way beyond that. I finally dig up an old gasket and immediately saw the problem, the shape wasn’t even close to the original and much thicker in every dimension. There was no way these would ever compress that far. You can see in the photo exactly the problem, I bought these in 2015 to have on hand so I’m pretty much screwed. Don’t be like me and cheap out, it’s Way more expensive in time and money in the long run. The cheap aftermarket moulding is on the right in one photo and top in the other photo. Yeah I actually cut one up to show how BAD they are

Real problem solver
Excellent fit and good reproduction of the factory part. This is a real problem solver for Galaxie restorers who previously had to hunt down a good used crossmember, not an easy task!

Great Quality
These cams are an excellent value and Great quality without the “name brand” price tag. Installation was flawless and the engine runs perfect. Elgin makes quality parts
