Tank bib for 2007 vn2000 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic LT
It was easy 2 install. Just remove 1 allen screw n lift the odometer bezel enough 2 slide the top of the bib under it, n secure the other end around the bracket for the front of the seat with the 2 snaps that r made in the bib, n bang, ur done. All that's left is 2 put ur seat back on n ride. This tank bib is much easier then the 1 i put on a previous Vulcan of the same make n model as this 1 where i had 2 remove the whole bezel on it, which was a little more involved, plus the only way 2 secure the bottom of the bib on the tank was with 2 leather strings that came with it which were not very effective. Every time u would get on or off the bike, the lower part of the bib would slide with u, unlike this 1 i have currently, n seems 2 b made much better.

Helmet
It seems like it is made of some kind of type of plastic. When u have the helmet on, n u try 2 lift up the chin part, it actually gets hung up because it flexes n bows out some what causing the latch 2 not let the chin part go up easily. Also, the release latch for the chin strap seems 2 b a little 2 far over for my taste making it difficult 2 latch the chin strap once u put on the helmet. Also, 1 side of the chin guard almost came loose on me. I had stopped somewhere n lifted up the lower chin guard 2 take the helmet off n 1 of the screws that holds it in place came loose on me. I think a little dab of some thread lock would not only probably cure it from coming loose, but would b a good idea when assembling them in the process. Overall, it's not a bad helmet for the money, but as far as surviving a crash, well, i wouldn't want 2 find out the hard way.
