Works as expected!

Good quality, but a couple things to note
The mount and rails and hardware are all top notch. Two negatives, both easily overcome:
1) The built in level was completely off. I needed to use a real level. If I went by what the built in one said, it would have obviously been crooked.
2) The screws I used to the back of the TV were too long without using spacers, but the spacers provided were also too thick, so I needed to use my own stack of washers to get the screws at the right height to engage enough and tighten.
