Works Very Well!
Got this to go with the fan in the bedroom so we could turn it on without getting out of bed. The fan mounting bracket had the spot to hold the control unit and it fit fine. First I wired it so both the light and the fan were controlled by the remote, but then turning on the light from the wall switch was problematic. So I re-wired it so only the fan is controlled by the remote, and the light is controlled by the wall switch. All as it should be now.

Wish It Lasted Longer
This stuff works OK for a little while, but then it no longer gives off the repellent smell and needs to be replaced. At the price I usually see for these, the rate of replacement needed for effectiveness makes it rather costly. But I got it for a decent price here. I put this stuff inside the house in the basement, Rat Magic in the crawlspace, and moth balls around the perimeter of the house. That combination seems to keep the mice away--with the help of the snakes that live around the house.
