    There must be misunderstanding... I sent you a email as you can see below but I didn't heard from you and I'm still waiting for replay... "Please send me a clear picture of bottle and bubble envlope was sent because I sealed with tape over the bottle to protect the leakage but It doesn't show on photo that you send....Sorry for the trouble that you have to go thru but I have to send clear photo to USPS to claim."
