1 of 1 found this helpful I'm no expert on these things but the capsule type Magnesium Oxide gave me bad results....the pill form give me more predictable results if ya catch my drift. Taking the capsules gave me crap in your pants result. It might take a few days for your system to adjust using the pill form but the end results are a lot more predictable....and you'll know ahead of time when it's time to go. I know this doesn't make sense....just buy them.:D And the 4 pack is a killer deal.

This is the 3nd set of Fowler 6" digital calipers......this new one is much nicer than the older calipers I use.
