canon needs to update firmware so screen doesnt shutoff

great camera! would give it 5 stars! but, i am using it exclusively for my studio live streams. unfortunately i should have gotten the canon m200 as the M100 shuts off after 30m. supposedly can be fixed with a "hack"/script to the SD card. its really sad because canon could easily just update the firmware to include a "never shut off" option after the "30m" option.
