SWEETIE FROM THE GUTTER TO THE RUNWAY
Really fun book for dog lovers. SATC for dogs illustrated by Ruben Toledo. Great powder room - coffee table book - and fantastic gift book. Really well done. Also a big fan of a similar style book by Amy Sedaris "I LIKE YOU" which is really funny. Discovered it at Alice's Tea Cup in NYC. Fun & clever She is the sister of the wicked wit, David Sedaris. All good beach reads for the summer.

Still works -smaller pulls.
1 of 1 found this helpful Love the smaller pills. It still works like the big ones. There’s even a formula with even smaller ones but a bit more expensive. They both worked the same for me. I’ve taken glucosamine and Chondroitin for well over a decade after my doctor recommended. He had me start out taking a dose twice a day for 2 weeks and then just daily thereafter. He found his patients saw results faster and didn’t stop taking. It takes a week of so to build up where you really see results. If I have a few bad days where I have lots of inflammation I take a regular Naproxen before walking but only need this a time or two a month. I think this formula could cut hip and knee surgeries in half. Also works wonders for dogs. Costco sells the dog formula.

Amazing supp if you use it correctly
I tried this Supp - diff brand years ago without results. Went to a doctor who told me the strength and to start out taking a full dise in the a.m. and another in the p.m. for 2 weeks and then the reg 2 daily after that. I had terrible knee and hip pain when I walked and was a longtime 2 to 3 mile a day walker. Didn't want surgery since it didn't help most people. At the time I started I was on a physician formula that cist $70 month. After a few weeks my pain and hip burning disappeared. It was expensive so On a trip to Costco found these fir a fraction of the cost. I have been using for at least 10 years. This isn't a pain pill - you can actually feel the cushioning sometimes when you walk. It's amazing how it works with no sude effects.Give it time to work. You won't be sorry.
