  Disappointed! Left me Negative Feedback without ever contacting me first. Doll's head was broken, even detached?! I must assume in transit since I did not see it before listing her. The doll's "Gross" hair, it Was a Mess, but fluffy and dry when shipped. Doll was carefully wrapped and protected. I offered to send a refund numerous times, even said she didn't need to send the doll back, ignored all my attempts to contact her and make it right. Sent three emails, never responded to any of them
