these pigments are absolutely fabulous and this particular color is their best! Your art projects can only benefit from owning Jacquard Pearl-ex.
I have always made my own pigments ... that is, until i discovered these.

No its not silicone, but it might as well be
So many negative reviews on this little guy. Don't people read descriptions & understand the US measuring system? It says 11", Its a small baby. It is so soft. I read someone's FB that said it was hard vinyl WHAT? If it was any softer you'd have to pour it from a bottle. I actually have to stuff it to make it stronger.Yes I get chapped over the misuse of the term silicone, but this is close.

greatest pigments ever
I mix my own paints and pride myself on unusual colors and effects. I couldn't do it without this product. Pearl-ex makes capsules of gold and silver. I wish they still made them. But I can live with that. LOVE LOVE LOVE these pigments
