Great steamer
I really like this steamer.
The process is simple.
Don't turn the stove on high because the water will boil out too soon which is probably around 1.5 hours. Just turn in on to a easy boil.

The Crazy Makers
1 of 1 found this helpful I love this book. It is incredibly informative about the American diet that we eat. Not only is this about food, it contains information about additives that are harmful to the body.
This book not only talks about the food that we take into our bodies, but the output and results of the food that is manufactured, such as potato chips, refined foods, etc.
What I thought was interesting was the fact that nursing mothers have much more complete nutrition than the infant formulas. I already knew this, but it went into greater detail about mother's milk versus infant formula.
I would suggest everyone in the USA to read this book. You will come away with some very powerful information, and hopefully you will change your diet to the food that is not refined.
