Samaritans of Coventry and District Coventry & District Samaritans is an independent charity, run entirely by unpaid volunteers. We provide a free 24 hour helpline for people who are upset or troubled or who are feeling suicidal. We are proud holders of the Queen s Award for Voluntary Service, this is the volunteering equivalent of an MBE.

    Unfortunately the dress has not arrived, but just wanted to mention Tess who has been fantastic in trying to sort this out. Communication has been excellent. We have both tried to locate the package with Evri to no avail despite tracking stating its at the local depot.Refund processed promptly. Would definitely recommend this seller as it of no fault of seller as postage was prompt but item appears to have been lost in the Evri system.

It was well packed and thus arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't be more delighted with the purchase, which is to be a gift for a cousin for whom it will have particular significance.     Ordered the dress for NYE and just received it. This wasn't the sellers problem, however. Apparently mail service in the UK takes a 2 week holiday until the New Year. Who knew? The seller was sweet and tried to find out the issue. Great communication and the dress is absolutely gorgeous! I got such a fabulous price, too. Thank you!
