Outstanding, versatile lens
3 of 5 found this helpful I wanted a lens that would provide me a large depth of field range so that, especially when traveling, I didn't have to constantly change lenses. This fits the bill perfectly. I couldn't be happier!

Great value for quality lens
Although it would be nice to add auto-focus to this, or any, lens, given that it is a wide-angle lens, I don't find it absolutely necessary. The fact that the similar Nikon brand lens costs 3 to 4 times as much, I'm happy to manually focus for the reduced price. And the sharpness of this lens is more than satisfactory.
