Works for Remote Radio Control
This cable works well for remoting the control head of Yaesu FT-series FM transceivers if you don't need the full length of the factory-supplied cable.

Works as designed
This mic is a standard for use with kick drums and bass amplifiers. I just tried it out for the first time, and it does what it is designed to do. It is not lightweight, but that's not a bad thing; I'd rather have it rugged than light.

Label Your Cables!
These 3M cable markers are great for putting clear, readable and durable labels on audio, instrument, control and RF cables approximately 1/4 inch diameter. I believe there other sized labels for larger cable types.
You just write or print on the white surface, peel it off, stick it on the cable and wrap the clear portion around until it covers and protects what you have written.
You could get ta similar effect with rectangles of paper and wrap-arounds of clear tape, but this all-in-one solution is much more convenient. The more cables you have in a given set-up, the more you need to put labels on them to avoid mistakes in hooking equipment up.
