it goes
originally, we thought it was broken because we did not kick start. we expected it to go from zero but you need to push it a little then, it goes!

mermaid knife
it's heavy, opens fast and easily. I have gotten knives that are light and drag when opening. this one is neither. haven't cut anything with it so, can't comment on the sharpness. saving it

like my knife
I always carry a knife for various kinds of work around here. I am using this knife and have put away my craftsman. I had the occasion to cut up some boxes for disposal, it cut like butter and the serrated blade sawed effortlessly. I cut growing weeds, some with tough roots. worked beautifully. It opens fast and certainly much easier than opening my craftsman knife. I like it.
