Well worth the money
Item was purchased to replace one that quit working after descaling. Contacted company and they said this happens infrequently and simply to unplug the appliance and plug it back in. The old one is still working after following their instructions, but we like this Keurig model so well that we are keeping it as the price was very reasonable.
My only "complaint" about this coffee maker is that it does tend to spit coffee and needs to be cleaned up on a daily basis, but I consider that to be a small price to pay for a fresh cup of coffee.
