very useful
I was skeptical about trying these, but am please to see that the material is sturdy and very compact. a few drops of water easily releases the dry compression and allows the material to open. I only wish that they had, maybe, another inch added to both length and width. Yet, that said, they are big enough for my large hands. We re-bag these and place them in purses, vehicles, etc, wherever one might need to store a quick towel that is NOT bulky. I can imagine that for camping these would be very handy for critical sanitary cleanups, as they require so little water to expand to useable size, and could even be used for emergencies to attenuate severe bleeding, much as one could use a sanitary pad.

Most convenient sharpener I've found
2 of 2 found this helpful I have NEVER been good at sharpening knives. Period.
However, with this tool and methodology, I was able to put a VERY nice edge on five blades in just a few minutes of very light work... not several minutes each, but five minutes total. Granted, the blades were in good condition and modestly sharp, but a few strokes in the appropriate order and angle per this tool, and the blades were ultra sharp. AND, furthermore, as they say in their videos, you do NOT need a lot of hard strokes, but rather a few gentle ones, and my blades were ready for action.
