Very much worth the extra
This is Schlage engineering all the way through..
not to mention the pure slimplicity of installation and
emphasis on user friendly instructions and overall
mechanics. This is a heavy piece...but ..took all of
10 minures for installation from opening the box until
throwing trash away and washing hands.

NO more MOLES, DEAD GRASS SPOTS, GRUBS.
1 of 1 found this helpful Aftter buying 100 dollars or more of mole trapping "ridding" devices..stopped and studied and not only were the grubs attracring the moles they were also causing the brown spots in my centipede grass..Last summer used Grub ex first time...NOT ONE .NO BROWNED OUT AREAS..have already applied my lawn for 2017!
