I enjoyed the humor and the fun.
This is humorous cookbook for those who are just as likely to read cookbooks for fun as to try a recipe. If you are looking for straight-laced Chinese cooking, you need another book.

It will bring out your inner child.
This book is even more interesting and "cool" than I expected. The plans for the tree houses are clear and practical and very imaginative. And, the "other stuff" gives the children building and/or playing with the materials, hands on experience with
the simple machines taught in elementary school science. As a teacher, I have watched children's play change over the years to include less whole brain engaging activities with the resulting
cognitive difficulty (problem solving and much more) that this creates. The book reminds me, on a personal level what play is suppose to provide. I am really excited to see this book come along.
It will bring out your inner child. I'm 65 going on 10.
