If you have to shipped anything back, you're on your own. We purchased a Scooter for my Wife and we couldn't get it to work. No Way to get Phone Support from them. Had to Pay $189.91 to Ship it back. They did Remburse My Wife the Original charge on Her Credit Card. But now the Shipping Charge. I would Never Buy anything from them again.

No go Phone
I can't rate this product because I didn't get to use it. The phone was set up for a Company. The Verizon man couldn't get it to open up to the Verizon home page. I was going to transfer everything from my phone to this one, But the man at the Verizon store couldn't get it to open up. I wanted the phone real bad. I guess it would have been a good Value.
