It arrived and synched up perfectly with the unireciever I have. The item was prepared as if it were brand new. It even had a battery in it with a little battery saver tab. Nice touch. I like the fit in my hand and everything works as expected. I really liked it. It was clean as well and arrived in the time it said it would take to.

This phone is good for anyone looking for something simple and easy to use.
I bought this product because I went to the verizon store and the prices for a new phone were outrageous for a standard phone.
What I liked about this phone is that it was slim and slick. It has an easy to use menu, and everything is already set up. The only thing that I can really complain about was the battery. It was hard to put in, but I did it. The phone turned on instantly and worked like it should.
This product is really good compared to other phones. Unlike other phones it has big buttons that light up. That makes it easy to see in the dark. It also has an easy to use camera function with a camera available in the button selection. You don't have to go through the menu.
