Excellent book that treats Pope Pius Xii well
This is a great book. I have learned a lot about the personalities in the Catholic Church at that time in history. I was very happy that Pope Pius XII would be shown in a positive light and he was. I have always been an admirer of Pope Pius XII and I knew he wasn't just riding out WWII. The people involved in care of the Jews and others who needed a refuge are amazing. There were many sacrifices by the people (spies) who helped those who needed shelter. The plots to kill Hitler were described very well in the book. I learned a lot about this also. I definitely would recommend this book for history lovers. This was a very suspenseful book also.

Wonderful Retro Movie
It was nice to see this older movie on DVD. I like both the main characters, Michael York and Jenny Agutter. This movie has a surprising moral that applies to today's problems. I also liked that Peter Ustinov played an excellent role as well.

Really cute
