Just works.
When my factory supplied programming cable stopped working due to a counterfeit Prolific chipset and not wanting to deal with driver hell I had only one option. A real FTDI chipset based cable. Valley Enterprises cables just work. I've yet to have one fail. They are well worth the money and Valley Enterprises ships fast if the cable is in stock. They don't sell fake chipset cables like many vendors who offer cable at too good to be true prices.

I did need to do some filing around the USB ports as they didn't seem to line up or be the right size on a newer Due.
I use a recent Arduino Due and also had to trim around the input and output sockets.
The newer Due is solid here as the old style and clones are separated.
xacto knife and a file.
For the price it's a good enclosure. Way better than what you'd cobble up yourself and it's sturdy.
