Breaking it up

I have used this more as a way to get to trigger points and deeper muscles to break apart adhesions, than to deal with cellulite as some have.

Beat back Hashimoto Disease

I heard about this book and checked it out of of our local library. Following Suzy Chen's information in combination to what I was already doing, I was able to push my Hashi's into remission. Antibodies moved into normal range from 264 to under 20. I have not found a PCP in my area that will measure blood with all the needed tests to be able to truly treat thyroid disease. Plus htey want to put everyone on Synthroid or a generic version of it. It never helped my Mom in hte 30 yrs she had taken it but they never changed it or helped re-evaluate. I do not want to sue synthetic drugs. I was able to make all changes with natural supplements. I was so successful I am collecting Suzy Cohen books for my personal reference library. WE have a thyroid epidemic in this country and allopathic medicine is blind to it because they do not evaluate the appropriate blood work to truly address the problem.

Taber's cyclopedic Medical Dictionary

Great improvement in information, diagrams and pics. This copy however has several printing problems. Sections of pages are double printed making it difficult to read.
