Better than the Fuji MHG grip!
This grip is far more comfortable than Fuji's own grip for the X-Pro 1. I bought both and returned the very expensive Fuji grip in favor of this one. The Neewer has better ergonomics at least for me.

Works just great with one caveat
1 of 1 found this helpful These inexpensive Chinese copies work well with my Fuji 23 and 35mm f/2 lenses. The caveat is that they are screw in. For me, that works just fine but be aware the filter has the size of the threads silk screened onto the rim of the shade. It may end up on top or somewhere else depending on how it screws in but I simply blacked the lettering out with a small permanent marker.
As to the complaint one reviewer made about the lens caps, this came with a lens cap but on the 23mm and 35mm f/2 Fuji lenses, the Fuji lens cap fits inside right to the lens itself. The included cap with this shade fits the outer portion and so dust can get in past the vents. Not so with the two Fuji lenses I own.
