Unstable structure
The cat tree tower is not stable. The connection between the upper level and upper condo is not secure so that the entire upper level swivels when the kittens play on it. We tried one solution but the bolts given are simply not long enough or secured well enough to keep the cat tree stable. we had to cut holes in the fabric to secure the bolt and even that didn't work. The fabric is cheap and doesn't stretch well over the condo structure. The cat scratcher surface is not at all enticing to my kittens. Overall I am disappointed in the quality of the materials and the engineering of the structure.
