Car Van Brake Bleeder Bleeding Fluid Tool Air Pneumatic Garage Vacuum 1L
    Jan 29, 2019
A decent first step (but not complete) for bleeding, but not trustworthy by itself.
I used this tool on a 98 Chevy C1500 pickup truck and there are a few problems with this device. First of all, none of the plastic holders for the brake fluid bottle are suitable for the master cylinder on my truck, which is a single covered piece for both reserviors. Therefore the automatic refilling function of the bottle was non functional. Secondly, of the two compressed air fittings included, none of them correctly fit the quick connector on my air compressor hose. I had to pull a brass 1/4" NPT connector from another compressor tool and, with much teflon tape, screw that into the trigger inlet to keep the air from leaking when connected to the compressor. It needs at least 90PSI to function, but if you open a bleeder screw according to instructions, it sucks more air than brake fluid, so you cannot get a visual indication that all air has been sucked from the brake line. You still have to wind up using the old foot-brake-pump method to really see if the fluid coming out has any air bubbles, meaning it's still a 2 man job. Still though, it is a decent first step to get most air out of the brake line.

NEW CASE OF (2) Sashco 14004 1 GALLONS Through the Roof Sealant Clear 6012413
    Jan 22, 2024
    Great product
If you are a homeowner, you need to store a couple of gallons of this stuff for roof leak emergencies. Easy to apply (wear gloves to do it) with a cheap paint brush and it will seal for many many years. It's transparent, so you don't need to be overly concerned about color matching. Best product of its kind; essentially the same chemical as Geo-Cel.
