A real watch
1 of 1 found this helpful This Watch is where quality starts. You wonβt find this kind of quality at a typical department store( you will at Macyβs and the like) and this would be a cheaper watch at a real watch/ jewelry store.
If you want a real watch with outstanding performance and donβt want a really expensive one to scratch and tear up, this model is perfect. A great choice for everyday wear.

Expensive but worth it
I bought a pair of these on close out for $57 ; these cost quite a bit more. I did get 13 years of service ( even sitting on them once) before the nose pads fell of
The clarity of the lenses are the best( I have 20/10 vision and no colorblind problems) and my new pair has the same level of acuity.
They are light, comfortable and stylish. The new nose pads are an improvement. Worth the money.

Last Splash-The Breeders
1 of 1 found this helpful I first heard this band when I lived in Hawaii in '93."Cannonball"was a
huge song then.I really like that song ,so I bought The Breeders"Last Splash"
CD because of it.
I will say the record is a pleasant surprise. No song on it is bad, though
some seem more like short jams, verses full songs.(they are good short jams
though!)"New Year","Flipside","S.O.S"are good examples of this.
The real hidden jems are "No Aloha","Divine Hammer",and "Saints"."No Aloha"
has this beautiful surypy steel guitar and poet house lyrics, then kicks into
good punk style rocking."Divine Hammer"is a smooth pop song with some really
insightful lyrics."Saints"is just plainly a cool song, with those unique Kelley
Deal phrasing on vocals;almost a snear.
"Drivin'On"could be played in a country bar and fit.It is the anomaly, but
a good one.
"Cannonball"is the stand out song.If you know who The Breeders are,you know
this song.It rocks heavy with a kickin'in-your-face-bass,and percussive rhythm
guitars.(Don't forget the great drum work of Jim McPherson!)
I feel like this band has been forgotten about, which is a great shame. You
can usually find "Last Spalsh"cheap on Ebay.It is well worth a listen!
