Expected very little, got an awful lot.
1 of 1 found this helpful Recently moving to a larger iPhone than I'd had for years forced me to change the way I mounted my phone in my car. I knew I didn't want anything blocking an air vent, and I didn't want anything that would require a specialized case or attachment to the phone.
But, when I saw the iOttie, I was VERY skeptical. I didn't really get how the thing attached to the CD player, and I was pretty sure the the insanely cheap price meant "junk."
Well, I was super wrong. The thing is insanely great. It is way better designed, with way more features than I realized (pivots on a ball joint, snaps onto the phone with a hidden trigger, etc.) In fact, before receiving the iOttie, we had also ordered a new car that doesn't arrive for a while. I had to go back and see if the new car also had a CD slot that would take the iOttie because I was gonna be bummed if I had to go to an inferior mounting system.
