preforms well with constant internet
1 of 1 found this helpful airtv portrays this item only needs internet for set up which is partially true.you can view OTA channels but don't expect the DVR to work the moment internet is offline the guide is lost and it wont record OTA channels.
would of been nice if it had keep alive memory for the guide.
i live between 2 houses and take internet with me when i go, airtv box stays behind because thats the house with good reception all OTA DVR programming lost as soon as i leave.

Poor preformance
Week preformance my non amplified antenna can pick up 10 more chanels with better picture.
