Good stretching program

Ninety percent of this dvd is a stretching program. It has little to do with actual tai chi.

Disappointing. Difficult to open

The knife is new and needs to be broken in, but either, I received a knife that was out of tolerance or the knife is poorly designed. The knife has a pen blade and a clip point blade. The nail mark (the groove a person puts their thumbnail in to open the knife) are on the same side for the clip point and pen blade. The pen blade covers the vast majority of the clip point blades nail mark. I have to open the pen blade to access the clip blade enough of the clip point nail blade.
