Replaced a Poulan that I wore out and like this saw more.
Once you learn how to set and keep the chain tension, its the best corded chain saw I've used. I cleared about 1/4 acre adding about 4 cord to the woodpile with it using a 150ft 12 ga. electric extension cord. It stays sharp for a long time. I was concerned that because it is rated at 15A, it would perform poorly on an extension cord. Not so! This saw will cut any size pine or softwood you put in front of it. It will max out of 14-15 inch oak. I love the chain brake and the self-sharpening is decent. Its about half the cost of a battery powered saw
