Miyasaka Japanese Miso Soup, Tofu, 6.04 Ounce

Taste good. Use less water. IMHO

I get the urge for miso soup on occasion but don't want to trek out to a restaurant for it. This is the perfect substitute. I consider myself to have a better than average sense of taste and this product does taste good. It is definitely worth the money. Of course it's not as good as fresh made from scratch miso but it's a close second. The instructions call for 2 to 3 cups of boiling water but my suggestion is that you add 1 cup and test. Add more to suit your taste. I'm happy with about 1 and 1/4 cups. 2 cups seams too weak to me. Be sure to use good water like bottled or filtered, not city tap water.
