WON"T BUY IT AGAIN
The black DID NOT WORK and caused a lot of inconvience They did send a replacement black cartridge when I told them the problem I sent the first one back the same day I got the replacement The people were nice the product obviously wasn't tested

terrable mop !!!!!!!
I am 85 years old and have been using your mops for at least 50 years for the last few years I have been using the light and thristy I loved it I have called every hardware and home depot etc in pittsburdh and no one no longer sells the light and thristy refills or mops I would usually buy 6 at a time we would generally pay between 4 and 7 dollars each I did find a couple places on line but they want between 50 and 60 dollars for a refill have they lost their mind We bought the refills mentioned above but they are terrible I even cut off but it doesnt=ot pick up like the light and thristy and I'm using a mop pail that wrings out the mop Can I buy the refills direct at a reasonable price If not You just lost a 50 year customer

I WAS TAKEN ITS IN THE GARBAGE
I bought this recolor because of the comercials what I got was a package with a couple of rags and a 10 cent of gloves because the bottle al leaked out of the bottom f the bottle and hardened into a yellow mess the cap and seal were perfect so I paid 20 dollars for less than 1 dollar of product ITS NO WONDER NONE OF THE STORES HANDLE IT WHAT A GYP
