Just set it up, 10 mins, and you're on your way. The app is a little sluggish but you learn to work with it. In the short time I've had it I've transferred over 500 GB's of files, videos, pictures, music, and so on. I have even access my files through the Roku device. The battery gets you up to 8 hours of usage.
AIR By Quirky QKY-AIR-5-BLK Pull-Apart Surround Sound Bluetooth Speaker “Read”

Very Clever!
So, what do you need? One portable speaker, or 3, or 5? I like being able to listen in each room as I clean without missing a beat, or blasting a speaker from a distance. I have used this speaker for a couple weeks now and it's great. It's magnetic, so it's nice to place them on walls or appliances. I scattered the pieces along a 100ft hallway at work and it filled that side of the building with sound. I didn't even have to blast the volume, which is great. This clever Bluetooth speaker allows you to connect to other devices simultaneously. Five users can listen to the same thing in their own space, or they can listen to their own music individually. I understand that the Air Base unit can connect up to 75 pieces at once, that, I would like to try. Buy one while you can, I think they are starting to catch on. The sound is as good as the Bluetooth connection, and or, your source. They are not the most durable speaker's, so, I wouldn't drop them or toss them. One of the speaker grills was dented slightly and I don't remember hitting anything with it. As for the magnetic connection when pieced together? Well, it's not the tightest. I have developed a "cradle" technique, like holding a football when I carry them. It would be nice if they make a framed like carry case with a handle. I also discovered that if you keep the ends clean and dry, they have a stronger contact. Bluetooth connection can be a little confusing like any new unfamiliar devices, but the quick start guide is friendly, well written, and to the point. I love these. I hope to add to the connection some day. 👍
