  Seller is very kind. worked with me by giving me a partial refund because i didn't like the decal/watermark on inside of case. I feel my reason for returning would have been turned down by other sellers cause its in the pictures listed. Thanks again customgamecases. other than the decal the case was good quality with outstanding packaging care. The DS cases don't have the watermark/decal so i was happy with the Pokémon diamond case i also got
