It really works
This really works. I have used it for 8 months and it works like it was made at the Black & Decker factory. You can keep your old Black &Decker 18V tools and use the new 20V lithium batteries which last longer. I no longer buy remanufactured 18V batteries.

Solid and reliable
These are my favorite fishing pliers. The 6” pliers work well for pulling single hook jigs out of White Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Largemouth Bass. I usually use the pliers to grab the hook and flip it upside down releasing the fish without holding it with my hand. If you fish for Pike or anything with teeth or use plugs with multiple treble hooks, get the 8” pliers as the 6” pliers will put your hand too close to flailing hooks and teeth. They hold up well. The only reason I have bought more was I lose them over the side of the kayak. The only downside is they are not for salt water.
