Nice AA Pack

Nice AA cell pack for the UV-5R. You will need to add your own AA "dummy cell" to make it work correctly (this is clear in the instructions)

Good battery - tip here if you have trouble

The battery "works" fine. However, I needed to add a piece of thin cardboard or plastic between the end of the battery and the spring at the bottom of the handle to make it work correctly. I am using this new battery to rejuvenate an older ophthalmoscope, so there may be an insulator missing. Once I figured this out the handle works fine.
