I must have gotten a factory second
This product seems to do exactly the opposite of what it is supposed to do. First, it takes time to fill each cup and seal it without spilling. Next, after following the (non-existent) instructions and boiling the eggs, they had to be dug out of the "Egglettes," leaving behind a residue that simply would not clean up.
Finally, the resulting eggs looked terrible, all pockmarked and ugly rather than smooth and attractive.
Definitely not worth the time or the money.

Very poor design
1 of 6 found this helpful This is what lower-end products are coming to. This unit has no power switch, which means that the only way to turn it off is to pull the plug. We saw this unit start itself on more than one occasion, heating up when it was not in use. This, if nothing else, is a waste of electricity, but it is also a potential fire hazard. How this unit ever got past the Underwriters' Labs people is beyond me.
