Waay beyond my comprehension level.
I was very grateful to receive this book so promptly. A friend was taking the course and I wanted to see what it was about. I have no background in Ayurvedic healing, scant knowledge on the subject. It was not the book for me. However, I could see how valuable a text like this would be for a practioner or a more informed buyer.

the flavor of the molasses was so strong that it overpowered the rest of the ingredients in my holiday gingerbread
If I were using the molasses for any other recipe it might have been fine, but it changes the taste of my gingerbread into molasses flavored cake, not a big favorite

Wonderful summer evening wedding dress
This dress was very comfortable and attractive, even in the heat of a July evening. I felt well-dressed and wrinkle free.
