helps nails grow
I started taking this over a year ago, not sure if my hair is any better but it does make my nails grow. I was taking 2 a day but because of the cost I cut back to one a day. My nails still grow but not as fast. I've tried the hair, skin and nails vitamins and they did not even help my nails grow, so I would recommend this product if you want your nails to grow, hopefully it is helping my hair too.

Not sure if it's working. Have been using for 2 years now. I'm afraid if I stop I will notice a difference. It does make my nails grow.
