Package Was Opened
12 of 17 found this helpful The cellophane on the package was opened and taped shut. The only reason I kept the product was because I ran out and needed a replacement. Due to the type of container, it's impossible to tell how much of the product was used by someone before sending it to me. Perhaps none was used.
