defective button on keyboard
First of all, it was a used item. However, it was not disclosed that there was a problem with on of the keys on the slideout keyboard. The keys are suppose to click when you press them. The E key does not click, so it acts like it was pressed several times causing multiple E's to appear requiring the back button to be pressed repeatedly to get rid of the extra E's. It is annoying, but not worth being without a phone for days if not weeks, while sending it in for a replacement. That is to presume they would even replace it or have the same model to replace it with. We were pleased with the speed of delivery, but not happy with the complete level of inspection or disclosure that accompanied this sale. The only reason I am checking that I would not recommend this product to a friend is because I have had 4 of these Samsung phones and the internal microphone is pure garbage. The only reason I keep buying this phone is because of the features and price point, but it is impossible to carry a decent conversation without an earpiece used of some kind. It is a real hassle when I can't find my Bluetooth.

dont waste you time on this
this product was a good idea, problem is it doesn't work to take out contacts at all. I have a hard time taking out contacts with my fingers and thought this device would make it possible for me to wear them. This was the last hope for me. After trying this product, I gave up on contact lenses all together.
