  Seller sold me two damaged phones as New, and refuses to refund me. Beware of this Seller. His Ad said New In Box and yet both showed up damaged, then refused to refund because his ad says no refunds. False advertising, Since I don't remember ever buying anything New that first had to be repaired before it could be used. Ebay Will be stepping in to deal with him after wasting my time and Money. Buyers Beware.

  Thanks for the total refund Ebay. Took couple of weeks but finally got my money back, Now Ebay can go after this seller for reimbursement.

  This buyer bought two UNOPENED cell phones that were made in 2016. He opened the boxes to find that the batteries expanded (easily remedied).This is normal behavior for cell phone batteries that have sat for some time. This buyer is a wrong and got his way because Ebay, in their not so infinite wisdom, found for him. His opening the factory sealed boxes reduced the value of the phones and I would rather take the loss than deal with this miscreant.
