Good anti inflammatory substitute for prescription drugs.
Don't use it myself. Upsets my stomach. Works great for my dogs health though. Helps with their arthritis.

Extremely Small Speaker On The Back Of The tablet sound so low you can't even hear it with external headphones or speaker
