Refurbished item operates as expected. There is diffusion of the projection towards one corner but the main image is undisturbed so it works just fine

Overpriced and not cool
I expected more from this product for a MSRP of ~$750. The "cool" setting doesn't really cool down the air, as the moniker would suggest, it just pushes out air like a regular fan. It "cools" you about as much as a regular box fan would. If I didn't know the price of the fan, I would say it was worth maybe $500, taking into account the air purifier+fan combo. It can be quiet on low setting, it does get quite noisy when you want a strong stream of air, which it does provide. There's no air chopping noise like a regular fan, so there's that. I would say the price is for the brand and not for the product, over-priced in my opinion. Also, 2 year warranty? That doesn't sound very good for a product with such a hefty price tag. It does however do a great job at producing heat when you need it.
Is it better than expected? No, I expected more. I wish it had been a little less expensive.
